Serve as front-desk receptionist and provide administrative support to project and office teams. Greet visitors, manage calls, coordinate mail, bookings, travel, office maintenance, and document filing. Prepare meeting minutes, O&M manuals, and assist contract administration and project teams with document control and overflow tasks.

Lead and manage the Cape Breton Regional Hospital construction project: plan, coordinate, and control schedule, cost, quality and safety; maintain client communication; manage billing and holdbacks; provide leadership to project team and collaborate with other teams.

Support the Senior Project Manager by performing technical and administrative tasks: coordinate with site superintendents, clients, consultants and subcontractors; manage document control and information flow; prepare tenders; maintain schedules; ensure current construction documents are used; plan material procurement to avoid delays.
