Oversees the full accounting cycle, close processes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, compliance, audits, and process improvement. Partners with executive and operational leadership to provide financial analysis and support strategic decisions. Manages and develops accounting personnel while standardizing accounting practices, reporting, and controls across the organization.

Leads the Design/Build sales division, managing a team of landscape designers and driving revenue, profitability, business development, and client relationships. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, coaching staff, managing the sales pipeline in Aspire CRM, developing referral networks, supporting negotiations and closings, overseeing collections, participating in hiring and performance management, and contributing to company-wide leadership and strategy.
