Oversee daily fabrication operations and supervise production staff to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Manage schedules, inventory, machine utilization, training, 5S and safety compliance. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues, coordinate with maintenance, produce regular reports, and manage timekeeping and absence tracking for payroll.

Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, assign and oversee daily tasks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, lead process improvements, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project budgets, and implement manufacturing systems and tools.

Perform general production support and maintenance tasks including 5S/Lean support, painting, janitorial coverage, small fabrication, and equipment/area cleaning. Follow supervisor instructions, use hand and power tools safely, collaborate with team to solve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
