Designs, programs, integrates, troubleshoots, and maintains industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robots, industrial networks, SCADA, and control panels. Creates mechanical and electrical designs, supports robotic welding systems, collaborates with production teams, provides technical training, and improves manufacturing quality and efficiency. The role also requires project management, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and international travel.

Plan, design, and improve complex manufacturing processes; specify tooling and equipment; support fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and material handling; lead new product/process introductions; maintain work instructions and tool lists; participate in quality planning, capability studies, FMEA, and corrective actions.

Develops and manages production schedules, build plans, forecasts, inventory targets, customer allocations, and work orders across production lines. Balances sales demand, material availability, production capacity, and supply chain constraints. Maintains MRP data, tracks components and finished goods, analyzes demand and option usage, produces management reports, and coordinates Sales, Production, Materials, Engineering, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure attainable schedules and customer-aligned output.
