Develop, implement, test, validate, and support manufacturing software solutions using IoT data. Define requirements with development teams and factory stakeholders, implement functionality, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, gather user feedback, and support deployment and adoption of LMES and LMMS systems across manufacturing facilities.

Supports process and project engineers with manufacturing program documentation, APQP and CFM activities, continuous improvement, tooling procurement, cycle-time estimates, PFMEA reviews, scrap reduction, and SRED/WET tracking. The role works with manufacturing teams to improve process capability, reduce risk priority numbers, and meet plant performance targets.

Supports engineering projects in automotive parts manufacturing by coordinating project activities, improving processes, troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues, optimizing process flows, supporting PFMEA and APQP activities, assisting with plant layout and ergonomics, and helping procure tooling and fixtures. The role also contributes to waste elimination, scrap reduction, continuous improvement, and technical support for production teams.
