Monitor and optimize daily manufacturing operations to achieve output, quality, cost, safety, and efficiency targets. Manage shop-floor personnel, prepare production schedules and workforce plans, track output and production metrics, monitor machine performance and material consumption, investigate failures and delays, and enforce safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives using 5S, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.

Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, coordinate performance management and learning initiatives, oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle, maintain HR data and compliance, prepare HR reports, and handle employee relations and investigations to foster engagement and retention.

Manage centralized intake and prioritize asset, facilities, labor, and advisory requests across regions. Optimize capacity and scheduling with real-time dashboards, generate master deployment calendars and route plans, and broadcast capacity forecasts to monetize idle resources. Enforce booking windows and oversee ERP scheduling/ticketing for accurate field resource logging and ROI tracking.
