Leads a 53-person administration team supporting housing, catering, transportation, cleaning, and general services for 500–800 workers. Oversees schedules, staff allocation, contractor services, maintenance, meal quality, transportation safety, employee welfare, expenses, budgets, policy compliance, and performance. Prepares regular reports for the Administration Manager and improves service efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding handover, and ATS management. Tracks recruitment KPIs, builds dashboards, analyzes funnel performance, and recommends process improvements. Supports employer branding through career content, social media, job fairs, campus recruiting, employee campaigns, and review-platform monitoring.

Analyze and validate agricultural field data, maintain farm databases, calculate yield and intervention ROI, build dashboards, identify regional trends and risks, and prepare technical and management reports. The role collaborates with agronomists and engineers to maintain data quality, translate technical findings into accessible insights, support forecasting, and improve reporting and analytical processes.
