- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, deliver TA metrics/reporting, and drive employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria
- Post vacancies, source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and feedback collection
- Manage offer negotiation, extension, and pre-boarding handover
- Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS with accurate, up-to-date records
2. TA Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report core KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, candidate drop-off rate
- Build monthly/quarterly TA dashboards for leadership
- Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Maintain hiring forecast vs. actuals tracking
3. Employer Branding
- Support career page, social media, and job posting content aligned with EVP
- Represent company at job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events
- Contribute to employee testimonial/content campaigns
- Monitor employer review platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and support response strategy
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring
- Experience with hiring blue collars and/or in FMCGs is a plus.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong data/Excel skills for reporting and analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in conducting CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly

- Offer acceptance rate ≥ 85%
- Quality of hire (post-6-month retention/performance)
