Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build relationships, run 90-day onboarding, monitor usage and health scores, surface expansion opportunities, lead business reviews, and translate customer needs into product feedback and repeatable CS playbooks.

Own the accounting function for a venture-backed technology firm across multiple entities and countries. Responsibilities include monthly close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract review, reconciliations, controls, outsourced accounting oversight, annual audits, multi-country payroll, cost allocation, and board reporting. The Controller will build scalable accounting processes, support SOC 2 controls, and partner closely with the CFO on financial operations and technical accounting.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customers through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling platform, data, research, and event offerings. Manage pipelines, forecasts, renewal risks, and account plans in HubSpot. Expand adoption across customer teams, coordinate with Customer Success and subject-matter experts, close inbound opportunities, and develop repeatable commercial processes.
