Three-month internship working with founders on portfolio operations, firm integrations, process building and automation, reporting/controlling, and investor relations. Solve open-ended operational problems, build processes and reporting infrastructure, and support onboarding of acquired firms.

Work on production systems that automate operational workflows across accounting, payroll, reporting, and client operations. Analyze workflows, prototype MVPs, build automation using internal software, APIs and AI tools, monitor and improve systems in production, and collaborate with founders, operators, engineers and tax professionals.

3-month internship supporting live acquisitions: deal sourcing, market screening, financial modelling and valuation, due diligence materials, deal documentation, and market/competitive analysis. Work directly with founders on M&A/PE-style processes and prepare investment memos, LOIs, and board materials.

Lead design and build of scalable, production-grade workflow systems for tax advisory operations. Analyze firm workflows, prototype automation (MEPs/MVPs), implement with n8n/Temporal or custom backends, collaborate with tax advisors and engineers, and own transition from prototype to hardened production.

Work on production AI systems that automate tax workflows: document intelligence, LLM/RAG retrieval systems, ML/data pipelines, prediction and suggestion models, and monitoring in real-world settings.

Work directly with the COO for a minimum 3-month internship to integrate acquired tax firms into Limetax. Tasks include onboarding and tool implementation, process design and automation, and building/reporting infrastructure. Expect hands-on problem solving, ownership, and work that supports scaling the business.

Design, build, and operate production AI systems for tax advisory: document intelligence, RAG over tax/legal knowledge, data pipelines, prediction and anomaly detection, and monitoring/evaluation. Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to deploy reliable, explainable AI that reduces manual tax work.
