Build and deploy software, internal tools, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows for German tax advisory teams. Discover operational workflows, rapidly prototype MVPs, gather user feedback, and scale successful solutions into reliable systems. Collaborate with founders, engineers, operators, and tax professionals throughout the delivery process. The role requires strong hands-on engineering, product thinking, user engagement, and production deployment skills in ambiguous environments.

Design, build, and operate production AI systems for tax advisory: document intelligence, RAG over tax/legal knowledge, data pipelines, prediction and anomaly detection, and monitoring/evaluation. Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to deploy reliable, explainable AI that reduces manual tax work.
