Prospect through outbound and inbound leads, qualify potential real estate borrowers, schedule meetings or transfer calls to Senior Loan Officers, and follow up with conference leads. The role develops sales skills, pipeline management, loan origination knowledge, and customer communication while using CRM and sales enablement tools. Supports residential and multifamily real estate loan underwriting through financial and credit analysis, financial statement spreading, collateral and comparable analysis, documentation tracking, client coordination, pipeline management, SOP maintenance, systems support, and process improvement. The intern collaborates with underwriting, credit, and operations teams while maintaining confidentiality and audit-ready documentation.

Create and manage social media content, calendars, short-form videos, copy, and digital branding materials. Collaborate with departments, leadership, partnership and campaign teams to source stories and support launches and events. Conduct keyword research, monitor trends, track engagement and CTR, report performance insights, manage creative requests, and maintain the marketing asset library.

Sales Development Intern supporting Revenue Operations and Sales Management. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling calls, managing CRM workflows and sales pipelines, assisting with borrower documentation, supporting loan origination, and contributing to sales efficiency and reporting projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to business-purpose lending, pricing loan products, underwriting support, and sales operations.

Supports the Capital Markets team with loan sale tapes, data integrity, credit exception clearing, investor questions, loan funding documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. The intern will observe loan sale transactions from bidding through closing, develop Excel and credit skills, and receive mentorship and exposure to real estate lending and capital markets.
