Supports software and systems quality during an enterprise migration by designing and executing tests, validating data integrity, documenting defects, triaging issues, conducting root cause analysis, supporting user acceptance testing and cutover validation, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Support Business Intelligence and Business Development teams through SQL data analysis, Tableau dashboard development, reporting automation, process documentation, and pipeline visibility. The intern will work with relational databases and tools including Snowflake, SSRS, Python, and Tableau while supporting cross-functional reporting requests. The role includes mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and presenting findings at the end of the summer program.

Provides hands-on support across service desk, IT security, and application support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, monitoring system performance, assisting with security alerts and access reviews, supporting application administration and testing, training users, and researching technical solutions. The intern will work onsite with multiple IT teams and gain practical experience in compliance, infrastructure, security, and applications.
