Manage end-to-end translation workflow for school district documents: receive, organize, translate (English to Spanish and/or Portuguese), maintain quality and consistency, coordinate with district partners, track requests in PM tools, and escalate issues to meet deadlines.

Provide remote psychoeducational assessments, analyze intake and observation data, write integrated evaluation reports with diagnoses and evidence-based recommendations, maintain confidentiality, and meet reporting timelines.

Lead district sales and go-to-market expansion from initial states to nationwide adoption. Own full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, procurement, RFP responses, and closing—while building playbooks, managing CRM pipeline, shaping messaging, and representing Lilypad at conferences.
