The Scientist will design and execute mRNA translation studies, optimizing assays, and collaborating with computational teams to improve data-driven workflows and enhance biological discovery.

Lead and build Lila’s federal partnership strategy and team, owning senior relationships across DOE, NIH, DARPA, DoD and others. Drive pre-solicitation engagement, shape opportunities, close revenue-generating awards (FOAs, BAAs, CRADAs), and translate complex science and AI into policy-facing narratives. Partner cross-functionally to convert engagements into pilots and procurements, represent Lila to senior government leaders, and establish systems to scale federal engagement.
