Lead end-to-end capacity planning for commercial proposals and scientific capabilities. Create models, units of measure, and an integrated business plan connecting demand forecasts to staffing, resource, and lab capacity. Maintain authoritative capacity commitments, identify bottlenecks, quantify cost/lead time, build planning tools, and advise product, commercial, and executive stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Lead structuring and financial modeling for complex multi-year commercial partnerships and fundraising. Own deal execution cadence, coordinate diligence and contract negotiation, support revenue recognition (ASC 606), build forecasts and cap table/round models, prepare investor materials, and create scalable tools to accelerate deal velocity. Act as cross-functional partner to Legal, Commercial, Science, Accounting, and senior leadership.

Serve as the primary finance business partner for AI/ML and Infrastructure teams, building driver-based models, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and cost models for compute, GPU, LLM API, data storage, and pipelines. Support planning, fundraising diligence, cash runway scenarios, headcount and capacity planning, and FP&A tooling integrations while partnering with Accounting, IT, and Procurement to improve cost allocation and reporting.
