Own and build Lign’s enterprise sales motion in Indonesia, focusing on net-new customer acquisition. Develop go-to-market strategy, create scalable sales processes, build pipeline through outbound and partnerships, manage complex consultative sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close strategic accounts. Collaborate with founders, product, and customer teams to refine positioning and product-market fit, while contributing to future commercial hiring and mentoring.

Build and maintain Lign’s Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android, owning the full development lifecycle from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and production maintenance. Partner with product and design on UX standards, establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and help shape technical direction at a fintech startup.

Own a core fintech product domain end to end, from customer discovery and prioritization through design, engineering, QA, launch, and outcome measurement. Engage customers weekly, make evidence-based product decisions, and collaborate with design, engineering, commercial, and compliance teams. Use AI agents throughout product delivery and help improve them. The role requires comfort with financial systems, ambiguity, zero-to-one development, and shipping AI-powered products.

Own end-to-end quality as Lign’s first QA Engineer, defining quality strategy, release criteria, and CI/CD pipelines across mobile, web, backend, data, and AI systems. Build automation for UI, APIs, contracts, performance, and financial workflows while implementing LLM evaluations, prompt testing, synthetic data, property testing, and guardrails. Partner with engineering, product, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure reliable, secure, auditable payments and expense features while championing shift-left quality.

Build and operate Lign’s core fintech platform, including Next.js frontends, FastAPI backends, and Terraform-managed GCP infrastructure. Own the full software development lifecycle, design scalable distributed systems, establish engineering standards, collaborate with product and founders, and help recruit and mentor engineers. The role emphasizes backend engineering, secure production systems, technical ownership, and comfort working in an ambiguous pre-seed startup environment.
