Leads AEC-focused customer discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept backtests, pilot delivery, implementation, training, and adoption. Partners with Account Executives and Engagement Managers to define measurable customer outcomes, validate construction document findings, communicate business value, and translate practitioner feedback into product improvements. Owns findings quality and supports renewals and expansions.

Own strategic enterprise accounts from implementation through expansion. Lead change management, workflow design, executive alignment, onboarding, training, adoption, success planning, relationship health, and customer feedback. Partner with AEC specialists, product, engineering, and sales to drive outcomes, retention, and expansion. Build engagement playbooks and processes while serving as the primary post-sales relationship owner for complex construction and enterprise customers.

Own the AEC product roadmap for an AI software platform serving commercial and data center projects. Translate architecture, engineering, and construction practices into software requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards. Collaborate with AI and software engineers, validate outputs against project documents, conduct customer discovery on live projects, manage feedback, and support sales enablement. The role requires deep AEC lifecycle experience, document expertise, product judgment, technical communication, and hands-on AI familiarity.

Lead a 5–8 person cross-functional engineering pod (AI, web, backend, infra) as a player-coach: prioritize work, make technical decisions, manage performance, hire and grow engineers, translate architecture into executable sprints, collaborate with product/design/customers, and adopt AI coding tools to increase engineering leverage.

Own full sales cycle for commercial developer and GC accounts: source and build pipeline, run discovery and demos, advance deals to close, maintain pipeline integrity, partner with AEC experts, provide market insights, and set execution standards as the company's first AE.

Build and lead the customer success function: design onboarding playbooks, own end-to-end onboarding, define client success outcomes, run proactive check-ins, monitor usage and sentiment, drive retention and expansion, deliver structured feedback to product, and partner with AEC experts to maximize customer value.
