Lead a 5–8 person cross-functional engineering pod (AI, web, backend, infra) as a player-coach: prioritize work, make technical decisions, manage performance, hire and grow engineers, translate architecture into executable sprints, collaborate with product/design/customers, and adopt AI coding tools to increase engineering leverage.

Own full sales cycle for commercial developer and GC accounts: source and build pipeline, run discovery and demos, advance deals to close, maintain pipeline integrity, partner with AEC experts, provide market insights, and set execution standards as the company's first AE.

Build and lead the customer success function: design onboarding playbooks, own end-to-end onboarding, define client success outcomes, run proactive check-ins, monitor usage and sentiment, drive retention and expansion, deliver structured feedback to product, and partner with AEC experts to maximize customer value.
