Generate new business and manage full sales cycles across UK schools and trusts through outbound prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing and customer success, attend industry events, and support renewals and expansions while staying current on EdTech trends.

Manage a portfolio of UK and Ireland schools and trusts to drive renewals, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, conduct account reviews, monitor account health, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption and customer success while maintaining records in Salesforce.

The Strategic Account Director will lead enterprise growth in K-12 districts, drive platform adoption, manage accounts, and negotiate large agreements.

Build and maintain forecasts, reports, and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to drive bookings and pipeline forecasting. Partner with sales, success, and marketing to define KPIs, ensure sales data accuracy, automate processes, perform ad-hoc analyses, and support compensation calculations.

Serve as senior technical partner for large K-12 districts across pre- and post-sales: lead demos, design POCs, manage implementations across Windows/Mac/Chromebook/iOS/Android, deploy via GPO/SCCM/Intune/Jamf, troubleshoot networking and filtering, train IT staff, and maintain records in ChurnZero.

Design and implement scalable cloud services, build APIs, integrate AI agents into development, and improve system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as HR Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, owning workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Drive process improvements, use AI tools for HR tasks, and help build scalable HR systems, documentation, and repeatable workflows.

Lead and execute high-impact, multichannel demand-generation campaigns (email, ads, social, webinars, nurture). Drive MQLs and pipeline, manage multiple campaigns, align marketing with sales/product, coach BDRs, use AI and data to optimize performance, and deliver measurable KPIs and ROI.

Provide front-line technical support for Lightspeed's SaaS products via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot software, device, networking, and configuration issues; assist with setup and integrations; document cases; escalate and collaborate with Product and Engineering; contribute knowledge base content and validate fixes.
