Own HR systems, data integrity, employee lifecycle administration, compliance records, benefits and leave logistics, recruiting operations, HR reporting, and process documentation. The role administers HRIS and ATS platforms, maintains personnel records, coordinates onboarding and offboarding, supports audits and reporting, and builds scalable SOPs and workflows. It also uses AI tools to improve administrative efficiency and requires hybrid work at the Austin headquarters.

Provides frontline technical support to SaaS customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots software, device, networking, and configuration issues; assists with setup and integrations; documents and escalates cases; monitors service-level agreements; tests fixes; collaborates with Product and Engineering; and contributes to knowledge-base documentation.

Manage customer and reseller relationships to drive subscription renewals and licensing updates. Handle the full renewal lifecycle—quoting, approvals, order processing, and forecasting—while maintaining CRM data, proactively contacting customers before renewal, resolving licensing/invoicing issues, and collaborating across teams to retain business and meet retention goals.
