Build and maintain forecasts, reports, and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to drive bookings and pipeline forecasting. Partner with sales, success, and marketing to define KPIs, ensure sales data accuracy, automate processes, perform ad-hoc analyses, and support compensation calculations.

The Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze market trends, and support EdTech product development by collaborating with various teams and optimizing user experience.

Serve as senior technical partner for large K-12 districts across pre- and post-sales: lead demos, design POCs, manage implementations across Windows/Mac/Chromebook/iOS/Android, deploy via GPO/SCCM/Intune/Jamf, troubleshoot networking and filtering, train IT staff, and maintain records in ChurnZero.
