Optimize QA workflows, manage defects and regression suites in Linear, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams. Mentor engineers and lead quality initiatives in an Agile environment.

Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Training team, produce and maintain training content (AI video, screen recordings, LMS courses), answer internal help-desk queries, deliver new-hire orientation, and create clear technical training documentation while ensuring version control and compliance readiness.

Manage and nurture customer relationships for a SaaS product (LighthouseAI), monitor usage and metrics, run meetings and reports, gather product feedback, support renewals/upsells, and maintain SOPs. Perform data validation and coordinate cross-functional customer success activities remotely.
