Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, drive adoption and engagement of LighthouseAI, monitor usage and metrics, gather product feedback, coordinate NPS and cross-functional reviews, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, maintain SOPs, and produce regular reports to Product and Marketing.

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. Collaborate with teams and ensure application security and performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable E2E automation frameworks for web applications and APIs using Playwright or Selenium. Integrate Claude or other LLMs for self-healing tests, UI validation, and test data generation. Optimize QA workflows, manage defects and regression suites in Linear, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams. Mentor engineers and lead quality initiatives in an Agile environment.

Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Training team, produce and maintain training content (AI video, screen recordings, LMS courses), answer internal help-desk queries, deliver new-hire orientation, and create clear technical training documentation while ensuring version control and compliance readiness.

Manage and nurture customer relationships for a SaaS product (LighthouseAI), monitor usage and metrics, run meetings and reports, gather product feedback, support renewals/upsells, and maintain SOPs. Perform data validation and coordinate cross-functional customer success activities remotely.

Manage email marketing campaigns, create and schedule social media content, maintain and improve CRM and marketing database hygiene, support lead research and qualification, publish website/blog updates, handle inbound leads and CRM data entry, and collaborate on marketing and business development projects.
