Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Training team, produce and maintain training content (AI video, screen recordings, LMS courses), answer internal help-desk queries, deliver new-hire orientation, and create clear technical training documentation while ensuring version control and compliance readiness.

Manage and nurture customer relationships for a SaaS product (LighthouseAI), monitor usage and metrics, run meetings and reports, gather product feedback, support renewals/upsells, and maintain SOPs. Perform data validation and coordinate cross-functional customer success activities remotely.

Support marketing through email campaign management, social media content creation/scheduling, CRM and database maintenance, lead research/qualification, website/blog updates, inbound lead routing, and support for business development projects.
