Provides office administration, document management, mailroom coordination, database maintenance, file conversion, package handling, and general office support. The role maintains physical and digital records, processes confidential documents, coordinates shipments through major carriers, supports front office functions, and performs light housekeeping and supply organization. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Supports marketing through email campaign execution, social media content management, lead research and qualification, CRM database maintenance, website updates, blog publishing, and inbound lead routing. The role collaborates on marketing and business development projects while maintaining data accuracy and meeting deadlines. It is a fully remote, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, drive adoption and engagement of LighthouseAI, monitor usage and metrics, gather product feedback, coordinate NPS and cross-functional reviews, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, maintain SOPs, and produce regular reports to Product and Marketing.
