Supports marketing through email campaign execution, social media content management, lead research and qualification, CRM database maintenance, website updates, blog publishing, and inbound lead routing. The role collaborates on marketing and business development projects while maintaining data accuracy and meeting deadlines. It is a fully remote, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, drive adoption and engagement of LighthouseAI, monitor usage and metrics, gather product feedback, coordinate NPS and cross-functional reviews, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, maintain SOPs, and produce regular reports to Product and Marketing.

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. Collaborate with teams and ensure application security and performance.
