Provide vocational rehabilitation services (assessments, job readiness training, job development/placement, job coaching, work-based learning, and extended follow-along) for adults and Pre-ETS to high school students. Finish and package mops: load and cut yarn, secure and stack yarn, trim and secure mop heads, assemble and box products, palletize and label shipments, move materials, inspect for defects, assist inventory checks, and follow safety procedures.

Lead and manage Vision Rehabilitation Services across New Orleans and Baton Rouge, including program development, staff supervision, outcomes measurement, billing oversight, contract compliance, community outreach, budgeting, and occasional direct Occupational Therapy clinical support.

Lead instructor delivering assistive technology assessments and training for seniors and vocational consumers with vision loss. Provide ILS and employment-focused AT training, consult with workforce teams, document outcomes, support staff training, perform outreach and environmental accessibility assessments, and maintain program and billing documentation.

Provide orientation and mobility (O&M) assessments and training for clients with vision loss across facility, home, work, and community settings. Develop goals, document services, submit billing, deliver individual and group instruction, conduct environmental accessibility assessments, participate in outreach and advocacy, collaborate with internal teams, and stay current on assistive technology. Frequent travel and driving across service regions required.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the VP of Services and service departments, including document preparation, scheduling, data extraction for reports, medical billing support, financial aid processing, front desk backup, event support, and maintaining confidentiality and organized client records.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement to advance Lighthouse Louisiana's philanthropic goals. Manage donor and foundation portfolios, grant administration, and fundraising events. Maintain development operations and CRM records, coordinate stewardship and communications, and collaborate with senior staff to secure gifts, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Provide orientation and mobility (O&M) assessments and training for clients of all ages across facility, home, school, work, and community settings. Document services in Apricot and Office products, develop goals/IEP objectives, recommend adaptive devices, supervise interns, conduct sensitivity and evacuation training, participate in outreach and advocacy, and support Lighthouse staff with vision-loss accommodations. Frequent travel across New Orleans and Baton Rouge regions required.

Lead instructor delivering independent living skills and assistive-technology training for seniors and vocational clients with vision loss. Conduct assessments, braille and AT training, develop goals, collect outcome data, document services for reimbursement, support workforce initiatives, perform outreach, and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and community partners.
