Develops community relationships, delivers education and presentations, maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and supports accessible service delivery. Leads Deaf Services programs supporting Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing communities. Oversees staff, budgets, compliance, reporting, service quality, and regional operations. Lead instructor delivering independent living skills and assistive-technology training for seniors and vocational clients with vision loss. Conduct assessments, braille and AT training, develop goals, collect outcome data, document services for reimbursement, support workforce initiatives, perform outreach, and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and community partners.

Finish and package mops: load and cut yarn, secure and stack yarn, trim and secure mop heads, assemble and box products, palletize and label shipments, move materials, inspect for defects, assist inventory checks, and follow safety procedures.

Provide orientation and mobility (O&M) assessments and training for clients of all ages across facility, home, school, work, and community settings. Document services in Apricot and Office products, develop goals/IEP objectives, recommend adaptive devices, supervise interns, conduct sensitivity and evacuation training, participate in outreach and advocacy, and support Lighthouse staff with vision-loss accommodations. Provide ILS and employment-focused AT training, consult with workforce teams, document outcomes, support staff training, perform outreach and environmental accessibility assessments, and maintain program and billing documentation.
