Lead and manage Vision Rehabilitation Services across New Orleans and Baton Rouge, including program development, staff supervision, outcomes measurement, billing oversight, contract compliance, community outreach, budgeting, and occasional direct Occupational Therapy clinical support.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the VP of Services and service departments, including document preparation, scheduling, data extraction for reports, medical billing support, financial aid processing, front desk backup, event support, and maintaining confidentiality and organized client records.

Provide orientation and mobility (O&M) assessments and training for clients with vision loss across facility, home, work, and community settings. Develop goals, document services, submit billing, deliver individual and group instruction, conduct environmental accessibility assessments, participate in outreach and advocacy, collaborate with internal teams, and stay current on assistive technology. Frequent travel and driving across service regions required.
