Provide administrative and clerical support to the VP of Services and service departments, including document preparation, scheduling, data extraction for reports, medical billing support, financial aid processing, front desk backup, event support, and maintaining confidentiality and organized client records.

Lead and manage the Workforce Development team delivering supported employment services to people with disabilities. Oversee program implementation, data-driven outcomes, staff supervision and training, compliance with grant requirements, stakeholder engagement, job development, work-based learning, and regional travel to support participants.

Provide vocational rehabilitation services for adults and Pre-ETS for high school students: assessments, job readiness training, job development/placement, job coaching, WBLE development, caseload management, employer outreach, documentation in Salesforce, and community engagement.
