Provide first-line IT support for company devices, networks, and applications both remotely and onsite. Triage, document, and escalate tickets; create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs; mentor junior staff; recommend and evaluate technologies; and support continuous process improvements to improve customer satisfaction.

Manages large-scale construction project schedules using Primavera P6, including logic, resource, cost, and material loading. Maintains master schedules, tracks progress, forecasts work, applies earned value management, and performs schedule QA/QC. Collaborates with project teams, operations, customers, and executives to resolve issues and communicate status. Mentors junior schedulers, supports training, develops scheduling standards, and interprets construction documents and specifications.

Assists project teams with tracking and updating baseline schedules, budgets, progress, earned value data, short-term schedules, look-aheads, micro-schedules, and schedule activities. The role supports critical path and pull-planning processes, collaborates with project leaders, maintains schedule data, and contributes to workflow improvements. Work is primarily office-based with occasional job-site and company-location travel.

Plan, layout, and design electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects. Create detailed layout drawings and bills of materials, support preconstruction/pre-fabrication, coordinate with project teams, designers, owners, and subcontractors, educate field personnel, and identify opportunities for quality and labor savings.
