Provide first-line IT support for company devices, networks, and applications both remotely and onsite. Triage, document, and escalate tickets; create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs; mentor junior staff; recommend and evaluate technologies; and support continuous process improvements to improve customer satisfaction.

Support planning, layout, design, coordination, and pre-fabrication for electrical construction projects. Create detailed layout drawings and bills of materials, review submittals, educate field teams, collaborate with designers/owners/subcontractors, and drive quality and labor savings while supporting preconstruction and construction teams.

Perform receipt inspection of owner-furnished contractor-installed electrical equipment, enter data into CxAlloy and Procore, support QC/CX field activities, review specs/submittals and NETA quotes, maintain QC/CX documentation, track inspections/tests/non-conformances, and assist teams with code compliance and testing training.
