The Recovery Support Specialist provides recovery support services, helping individuals in crisis, and collaborates with care teams for effective treatment and stabilization.

Provide peer recovery support services to individuals in an outpatient clinic, advocate for consumers, promote independent community functioning, develop coping and natural supports, and maintain professional, ethical, and confidential interactions.

Manage general ledger and monthly close, assist CFO with financial preparation and audits, maintain internal controls, oversee cash management, support AP/AR/purchasing/payroll, prepare financial statements, and perform complex accounting duties requiring independent judgment.
