Requires lived mental health service experience and obtaining RSS certification through ODMHSAS within three months.

Supports case management transitions, client satisfaction surveys, performance improvement reporting, service verification, certification audits, workflow updates, staff training, and compliance data collection. Collaborates with crisis, outpatient, revenue cycle, and clinical teams while traveling to agency sites or providing training through Zoom.

Provides peer recovery support to individuals and families experiencing mental illness, trauma, addiction, and crisis. Supports stabilization and recovery through individualized services, care coordination, community resources, treatment engagement, documentation, and participation in care planning. Serves as a recovery role model, assists with assessing consumer needs, and responds as part of the 9-8-8 crisis team in community and clinical settings.

Creates and refines print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, newsletters, presentations, web graphics, and social media assets. Maintains brand consistency across platforms, collaborates with internal departments, manages multiple deadlines, and supports strategic marketing and communications. The role requires strong organization, creativity, communication, independent decision-making, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Coordinates marketing, public relations, media relations, internal communications, content creation, social media campaigns, merchandise, and marketing initiatives. Develops and publishes content, manages media and social channels, supports SEO and email campaigns, analyzes performance, tracks inventory and budgets, and maintains marketing calendars. Requires collaboration across departments, strong communication and organization, flexibility for occasional after-hours work, and travel throughout the organization’s service area.

Supervises the performance improvement team and oversees chart reviews, clinical documentation compliance, client satisfaction surveys, ETPS monitoring, workflow development, staff training, and performance reports. Ensures records meet Medicaid, ODMHSAS, accreditation, funding, and certification standards. Leads the Performance Improvement Committee, supports audit preparation, develops corrective actions, and travels to agency sites to provide compliance oversight and training.

Provide peer-based recovery support and crisis stabilization across settings (Crisis Stabilization Unit, Urgent Recovery Center, 9-8-8 calls). Assess needs, coordinate care, document services, participate in team planning, model recovery, and assist consumers in regaining control and accessing community resources.
