Creates and refines print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, newsletters, presentations, web graphics, and social media assets. Maintains brand consistency across platforms, collaborates with internal departments, manages multiple deadlines, and supports strategic marketing and communications. The role requires strong organization, creativity, communication, independent decision-making, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Coordinates marketing, public relations, media relations, internal communications, content creation, social media campaigns, merchandise, and marketing initiatives. Develops and publishes content, manages media and social channels, supports SEO and email campaigns, analyzes performance, tracks inventory and budgets, and maintains marketing calendars. Requires collaboration across departments, strong communication and organization, flexibility for occasional after-hours work, and travel throughout the organization’s service area.

Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time while maintaining HRIS and regulatory compliance. Administers 401(k) enrollments, contributions, distributions, and communications; maintains confidential personnel and payroll records; prepares reports and audits; resolves employee inquiries and discrepancies; supports onboarding; and collaborates with leadership, vendors, payroll providers, and retirement plan administrators.

Supervises the performance improvement team and oversees chart reviews, clinical documentation compliance, client satisfaction surveys, ETPS monitoring, workflow development, staff training, and performance reports. Ensures records meet Medicaid, ODMHSAS, accreditation, funding, and certification standards. Leads the Performance Improvement Committee, supports audit preparation, develops corrective actions, and travels to agency sites to provide compliance oversight and training.

Support HR by administering employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Paid Parental Leave); process enrollments and paperwork, maintain records, assist onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with payroll, and provide general HR administrative support and compliance assistance.

Provide peer-based recovery support and crisis stabilization across settings (Crisis Stabilization Unit, Urgent Recovery Center, 9-8-8 calls). Assess needs, coordinate care, document services, participate in team planning, model recovery, and assist consumers in regaining control and accessing community resources.
