Provides psychiatric nursing, care management, wellness services, assessments, individualized care plans, treatment coordination, referrals, and community-based support for consumers with serious mental illness, trauma, or addiction. The nurse collaborates with patients, families, providers, insurers, and community organizations; monitors progress, supports recovery, documents services, and assists with stabilization after crises or hospitalization.

Directs daily operations of an outpatient behavioral health clinic, including clinical service delivery, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance monitoring, crisis coordination, recruiting, training, performance improvement, care planning, community partnerships, and quality assurance. Provides clinical supervision, coordinates continuity of care, ensures accurate documentation, and supports treatment services for individuals experiencing mental illness, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
