Administers employee benefits and leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and paid parental leave. Supports benefits enrollment, open enrollment, HRIS transactions, records, compliance documentation, payroll deductions, onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, reporting, and general HR initiatives. Requires confidentiality, organization, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn benefits and HRIS processes.

Provides first-level technical support to staff, troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, and peripherals, manages Azure user accounts and permissions, supports onboarding and offboarding, trains users, maintains IT documentation, completes assigned projects, and follows security protocols.
