Own partner growth from implementation through expansion for priority partners. Build executive relationships, secure internal partner ownership and budgets, create scalable systems and playbooks, run lifecycle diagnostics across funnel stages, collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Ops, GTM), and be the primary day-to-day contact to ensure timely launches and measurable results.

Design and implement core platform systems including developer APIs, embedded UI components, load forecasting, and behind-the-meter control. Architect foundations, deliver end-to-end solutions, act as a technical leader, work across the stack, and collaborate closely with founders and the engineering team in an early-stage startup environment.

Lead partner growth and experimentation to increase enrollments and revenue. Design and run conjoint/MaxDiff/survey experiments, build data/measurement infrastructure and dashboards, codify scalable partner playbooks, and work cross-functionally with founders, product, engineering, and partners to turn analysis into repeatable operational systems.

Sell Light's utility-as-API platform by sourcing, qualifying, and closing enterprise B2B2C partnerships. Own full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and hand off to Partner Success. Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to refine positioning and scale repeatable go-to-market processes. Based in Austin and contribute to shaping company growth.

Serve as the primary technical lead for partner implementations on Light's platform: manage hands-on integrations, troubleshoot APIs, use SQL to debug, coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, capture partner feedback for Product, and build scalable partner onboarding resources and processes.

Own end-to-end product design across new verticals: run user research, identify decision inflection points, design and ship screens, and build design culture and research processes to scale across markets and partners.

Own renewals and recovery of stalled enrollments by running outreach, calls, campaigns, and appointments. Build renewal cadences, scripts, and recovery processes. Analyze customer data to identify churn drivers and drive fixes with product, pricing, and partner teams. Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional renewals work.

Lead channel strategy and business development to drive adoption across solar, storage, and home electrification. Build strategic relationships, create partner programs and commercial frameworks, integrate Light with platform partners, and represent the company at industry events to accelerate partner acquisition and growth.
