Teams at Light

Owns office operations, company hardware, visitor and candidate experiences, interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, travel arrangements, company events, team traditions, and operational checklists. The role ensures new hires are fully prepared, candidates feel welcomed, and office processes run smoothly as the company scales. Responsibilities include managing vendors, supplies, mail, badges, equipment inventory, event budgets, team gifts, and hospitality while building scalable employee experience processes.

Own Light’s data center business development segment, identifying hyperscalers, operators, and campus developers; building relationships across power, economic development, community affairs, entitlements, and site leadership; and converting opportunities into signed energy partnerships. The role involves developing flexible load pilots, retail supply programs, distributed energy resource packages, and community benefit agreements, sharing market insights externally, shaping Light’s product strategy, and traveling approximately 50% to sites, events, and partner meetings.

Serve as the primary technical lead for partner implementations on Light's platform: manage hands-on integrations, troubleshoot APIs, use SQL to debug, coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, capture partner feedback for Product, and build scalable partner onboarding resources and processes.
