Execute spatial and visual branding for physical environments, develop design assets and pitch decks, integrate 2D graphics with 3D files, prepare print-ready mechanical artwork, and collaborate with Art Director and senior designers to maintain organized project workflows under tight timelines.

Develop conceptual communication and creative concepts across social and experiential touchpoints. Write headlines and short-form copy in German and English, create long-form content and branded experiences (shows, theatre, interaction drama), and prepare presentations to support team work and brand storytelling.

Lead translation of creative briefs into retail campaigns and window installations. Produce high-quality renders, CAD/Rhino technical drawings, and production-ready documents. Drive material selection and scalable construction standards, provide quality control for prototypes and production sheets, coordinate with project teams and clients, and oversee on-site installations across Europe.

Manage interdisciplinary spatial brand projects (retail pop-ups, activations, window/POS campaigns). Own project planning, timelines, costing, invoicing, documentation, and client communication. Coordinate production partners, logistics with international scope, and ensure on-time, on-budget, profitable delivery while supporting the project team.

Support Sourcing & Production team coordinating suppliers across wood, metal, and plastic trades, assist project team communication, manage purchase orders and invoices in SAP, handle supplier correspondence, and gain full-time internship experience delivering retail marketing executions and activations.
