Liftoff is a social fitness and workout-tracking app that helps people stay consistent by logging exercises, scoring lifts against global strength standards, and awarding ranks for progress. It combines workout generation, nutrition logging, streaks, leaderboards, and friendly competition, making exercise more engaging and accountable. The company builds mobile products for lifters on iOS and Android and has grown from five founders to a team of 15+.
