Own execution quality and success rates for a blockchain aggregation product while leading onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems. Define monitoring, metrics, and product improvements; translate technical and business needs into engineering specifications; monitor API performance; manage decentralized exchange and liquidity partner relationships; and collaborate with business development, QA, and data teams.

Own the Data team’s priorities, roadmap, quality standards, and team development while partnering with the Data Tech Lead. Perform hands-on analytics, dashboarding, business-case development, and data storytelling to influence company decisions. Translate stakeholder needs into metrics and specifications, align data and product roadmaps, and support revenue, pricing, and growth opportunities. The role requires strong SQL, BI, stakeholder management, technical data knowledge, and ideally crypto/DeFi expertise.
