Ownership of QA for Web3 products: design and implement API and backend test strategies, build automation suites, manage and resolve bugs, maintain testing documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to shift testing left and ensure product quality.

Manage end-to-end finance operations including frequent payment runs (bank, Moss, Request Finance, on-chain/off-chain), maintain airtight pre-accounting data, run full accounting cycles for German, BVI, and Cayman entities, handle intercompany accounting and transfer pricing, ensure HGB and IFRS compliance, coordinate with external auditors, help automate workflows (LLM-based analysis), and mentor a junior team member.

Own end-to-end people operations for a remote EMEA workforce: manage full employee lifecycle, performance and employee relations, EOR and contractor coordination, payroll collaboration, design scalable AI-assisted HR workflows, and build integrations/automations with HiBob, Notion, Slack and internal systems.
