The CFO provides enterprise-wide financial leadership, partners with the CEO and Board, modernizes finance operations, strengthens forecasting and controls, supports strategic growth decisions, leads and develops the finance team, and ensures compliance and fiduciary oversight in a regulated nonprofit environment.

Oversee accurate collection, recording, and reporting of employee time and attendance. Resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies, train staff, coordinate with HR and Payroll, conduct audits, improve processes, and manage the timekeeping team to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Provide SQL development, application support, integrations, and reporting for enterprise systems. Maintain and improve stored procedures, ETL processes, system integrations, and technical documentation while supporting testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
