Leads technology-enabled and cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, stakeholders, vendors, testing, adoption, and post-implementation outcomes. Selects waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies; coordinates business and IT teams; supports system implementations, process improvements, governance reporting, change management, training, and organizational readiness. Requires 3–5+ years of project leadership experience and familiarity with privacy, security, regulatory requirements, and potentially HIPAA.
