Provide frontline application support for customer-facing platforms: troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, document and train users, monitor performance, safeguard HIPAA-protected data, escalate to IT or vendors, gather user feedback, and drive system and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Provide SQL development, application support, integrations, and reporting for enterprise systems. Maintain and improve stored procedures, ETL processes, system integrations, and technical documentation while supporting testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.

Provide direct, person-centered employment support to individuals with developmental disabilities: job development, employer advocacy, follow-up supports, documentation, billing, community outreach, and coordination with vocational counselors and partners to achieve employment goals.
