Manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals, conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior support plans, train caregivers, collect and analyze data, report progress monthly, supervise ABA specialists as assigned, maintain licensure/certification and meet billing/unit requirements.

Manage day program supports for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities: design and evaluate ISPs, supervise staff, ensure program quality, compliance, billing accuracy, community outreach, and maintain records and trainings.

Provide executive leadership for organization-wide quality assurance, compliance, and risk management. Design and oversee QA systems, audits, investigations, and accreditation compliance (CMS, DMH, CARF). Lead QA staff, coach leaders, embed quality into operations, leverage BI systems for data-driven improvement, support strategic initiatives, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Audit individual ledgers and receipts, reconcile cash counts, prepare client statements, produce reports and correspondence, and collaborate with finance management. Requires strong organizational, Microsoft Office and Adobe skills; Sage Intacct experience preferred.

Support individuals with disabilities to identify job goals, develop job skills, secure and maintain community-based employment. Provide job coaching, employer engagement, community job development, documentation, training, and transportation as needed while meeting departmental outcomes and compliance requirements.

Manage and secure endpoints and identities using Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot. Oversee device lifecycle, enforce access controls, monitor security alerts, automate processes, document standards, and provide Tier 2/3 escalation support across Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile environments.

Supervise and administer weekly payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely pay and compliance with federal/state laws. Manage payroll staff, reconcile payroll accounts, administer taxes/garnishments/benefit deductions, maintain timekeeping, produce reports, support audits, and lead system upgrades and process improvements while serving as payroll subject matter expert and primary resource for employees and leadership.
