Lead regional operations across Northwest Missouri to ensure high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, workforce development, community engagement, and sustainable financial performance. Build partnerships, drive regional growth initiatives, oversee budgets and quality improvement, mentor leadership teams, and represent the organization at community events to expand visibility and service access.

Manage day program supports for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities: design and evaluate ISPs, supervise staff, ensure program quality, compliance, billing accuracy, community outreach, and maintain records and trainings.

Manage and evaluate day program supports for people with developmental disabilities, develop and facilitate Individual Support Plans, supervise staff/volunteers, ensure program quality, compliance, training, documentation, and community representation.

Support individuals with disabilities to identify job goals, develop job skills, place and maintain competitive community employment. Provide on-site training, employer engagement, job development, documentation in Therap, community assessments, and vocational planning while ensuring ethical, HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping and meeting performance outcomes.

Audit individual ledgers and receipts, reconcile cash counts, prepare client statements and reports, manage incoming correspondence, assist the Representative Payee Manager, and communicate findings to finance leadership. Maintain confidentiality, ensure rights protections for individuals served, and use Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and finance software to document and resolve discrepancies.

Supervise day-to-day operations of a day habilitation program, oversee Direct Support Professionals, ensure staffing ratios, train staff on documentation (Therap), monitor program quality, manage medication records and billing accuracy, support participant ISP goals and community integration.

Manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals, conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior support plans, train caregivers, collect and analyze data, report progress monthly, supervise ABA specialists as assigned, maintain licensure/certification and meet billing/unit requirements.

Executive leader responsible for overall performance, growth, compliance, and financial sustainability of Community Living programs. Oversees program quality, KPI-driven improvements, regulatory and payer compliance, strategic expansion, budgeting, and high-performing leadership development. Partners cross-functionally, represents the organization externally, and drives data-informed decision-making to ensure person-centered outcomes and long-term viability.
