Lead and manage therapeutic recreation programs for individuals with I/DD, including staff supervision, program development, budgeting, quality improvement, community partnerships, event leadership, compliance, and participant engagement to promote inclusion and independence.

Provide training, technical assistance, and monthly monitoring to participants in the Consumer Directed Services program. Assist with electronic visit verification setup, document contacts and demonstrations, ensure regulatory compliance, report suspected abuse, perform outreach, and support office operations to enhance participant independence.

Manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals, conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior support plans, train caregivers, collect and analyze data, report progress monthly, supervise ABA specialists as assigned, maintain licensure/certification and meet billing/unit requirements.
