Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily operations (receiving, storage, picking, loading, shipping), enforce SOPs and cGMP/FDA requirements, train staff, resolve inventory/shipping discrepancies, track productivity and budgets, drive process improvements, ensure safety and facility security, and act as backup to the Operations Manager.

Supervise and coach QA staff while managing change requests, deviations/CAPA, vendor qualification, audits (internal and regulatory), DEA interactions, holds/releases, and quality metrics. Support sampling/dispensing paperwork oversight, training, and continuous improvement to ensure cGMP and FDA compliance in a temperature-controlled warehouse/office environment.

Support regulatory (FDA/DEA/State) inspections and customer audits; maintain and present Quality System documentation; manage change controls, deviations, CAPAs, recalls and quarantined product release; perform internal audits, SOP/WI revisions, validations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and temperature monitoring; participate in ISM and on-call rotations; support 3PL logistics operations and cross-functional initiatives.

Support quality systems for regulated 3PL life-science logistics: manage audits/inspections, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, temperature monitoring, SOP/WI revisions, internal/external audits, and validation support.

Supervise warehouse operations, manage personnel, coordinate activities, oversee training, ensure safety compliance, and improve processes in warehouse management.

The coordinator manages FTZ/DEA inventory control, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares documentation, and liaises with agencies for customs clearance.

Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations, lead and mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP, DEA, FDA, VAWD, ISO), maintain budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, implement productivity and safety improvements, oversee after-hours/ emergency operations, and coordinate cross-functional projects and client performance analytics.

Manage warehouse and distribution operations in a regulated life‑sciences environment: lead and coach staff, ensure cGMP/regulated compliance, administer hazard communication, manage budgets, vendor contracts and special projects, oversee after‑hours/ emergency operations, and drive productivity, safety, and client performance metrics using ERP/WMS tools.
