Supervise warehouse personnel and lead daily receiving, storage, picking, loading, shipping, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance activities. Create schedules, manage training and performance, resolve shipping and inventory discrepancies, enforce SOPs and cGMP requirements, support process improvements, track operational data and spending, and act as backup to the Operations Manager. The role operates in temperature-controlled and freezer environments and requires occasional lifting.

Supports FDA, DEA, state inspections, customer audits, quality system compliance, change controls, recalls, deviations, CAPAs, product release, SOP revisions, validation, temperature monitoring, and internal audits in a 3PL logistics environment. Collaborates with Operations and Facilities on root-cause investigations, corrective actions, record reviews, and process improvements using Six Sigma and quality systems. Requires customer communication, occasional on-call rotation, warehouse activity, and up to 10% travel.

Manages warehouse operations, staff development, budgets, vendor contracts, safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and client-focused initiatives. Oversees warehouse accuracy, employee morale, emergency operations, and adherence to cGMP, SOPs, FDA, DEA, ISO, VAWD, and customs requirements. The role requires healthcare distribution experience, supervisory leadership, ERP and warehouse management system expertise, data analysis, budget tracking, and occasional travel.
