Supports employee relations programs, investigations, complaint intake, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, case documentation, HR reporting, employee surveys, and compliance responses. Advises employees and managers on policies, maintains confidential records, analyzes case trends, supports training and engagement initiatives, and collaborates with leadership on workplace relations matters.

Coordinates student recruitment, community outreach, enrollment events, school tours, and prospective-family communications. The role also supports marketing alignment, reenrollment, retention activities, and local events while working remotely and traveling up to 50%.

The Partnerships Manager identifies, develops, and manages strategic B2B partnerships that drive student referrals, enrollment, revenue, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include prospecting, corporate benefits development, outreach, partner relationship management, CRM administration, market research, reporting, marketing collaboration, and supervising team members. The role requires managing partnership pipelines, coordinating events and presentations, tracking performance, and providing recommendations to leadership.
