Perform full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple regions. Provide one-on-one and small-group math academic support using data-driven interventions (e.g., MATH 180, STAR). Administer assessments, support IEP goals, document progress, attend meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and perform related administrative duties during scheduled school hours.

Analyze market and internal compensation data, conduct job audits and classifications, maintain HRIS compensation data, perform FLSA evaluations, support compensation policy development, produce reports and cost-benefit analyses, participate in surveys, and collaborate with People Services and Talent Acquisition on compensation initiatives.

Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and educationally related mental health services for students. Conduct evaluations, write reports, develop IEPs/BSPs/BIPs, consult with families and staff, deliver training, participate in crisis response, and coordinate services with community agencies.

Manage governance records and compliance across states, ensure Open Meetings Act adherence, monitor tasks in Epicenter, coordinate board activities, prepare communications and reports, serve as governance liaison, and support administrative duties.

Lead Employee Relations strategy and operations, advise leaders on employment law and disciplinary actions, conduct investigations, develop ER policies and KPIs, coach managers, oversee a People Services team, and drive process improvements to reduce legal risk and improve employee morale and performance.

Provide administrative and coordination support to External Affairs: prepare materials, track legislation, coordinate events and visits, draft correspondence, maintain records, liaise with internal teams, support advocacy and stakeholder engagement, and assist department executives.

The School Nurse provides health services to students including assessments, case management, screenings, and health education in order to maintain student health and support their academic achievement.
