Provides confidential administrative support for a charter school network, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, records management, data compilation, testing preparation, communications, petty cash, office supplies, and policy support. The role interacts with staff, students, parents, public agencies, and school management while maintaining accurate records and confidential information across multiple campuses.

Provides comprehensive school health services, including student health assessments, screenings, medication monitoring, case management, health plans, communicable disease control, health education, documentation, reporting, and coordination with families, educators, healthcare providers, and administrators. The nurse supports students with special needs and travels among district school sites as needed.

Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, families, and public agencies to support student enrollment, graduation, career pathways, internships, job shadowing, and work-based learning. Coordinate outreach, events, programs, reports, and community resources while collaborating with school leadership and educators. The role also includes parent engagement, student recruitment, documentation, travel between school and partner sites, and supervision of team members.
