Perform full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple regions. Maintain ATS and HRIS, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, support hiring managers, attend job fairs, and handle onboarding coordination while ensuring compliance, documentation, and strong candidate communication.

Provide one-on-one and classroom support to 11th-12th grade students in the JAG Multi-Year Program, deliver curriculum and project-based learning, track and analyze student data, develop individualized development plans, coordinate community and employer partnerships, perform testing and documentation in eNDMS, and provide 12-month post-graduation follow-up to support transitions to education, employment, or military.

Provide remote and onsite educational technology support across multiple school sites: troubleshoot desktops, networks, A/V, imaging and backups; document tickets; stage and deploy hardware; escalate complex issues; coordinate with third-party providers; train staff and maintain inventories.
