Leads Lifelong Learning’s organic growth and acquisition strategy by developing partnerships, contracts, and new markets; sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets; analyzing financial and operational data; negotiating transactions; coordinating due diligence and integration; managing executive relationships; maintaining growth pipelines and forecasts; and supervising the business development team. The role is accountable for revenue growth, strategic partnerships, geographic expansion, and completed acquisitions.

Supports employee relations programs, investigations, complaint intake, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, case documentation, HR reporting, employee surveys, and compliance responses. Advises employees and managers on policies, maintains confidential records, analyzes case trends, supports training and engagement initiatives, and collaborates with leadership on workplace relations matters.

Staff Accountant maintains general ledgers and financial records for multiple entities, performs month-end and year-end closings, prepares journal entries and accruals, reconciles accounts, supports accounts payable, monitors expenses, prepares tax filings, and assists with audits. The role also ensures regulatory and accounting compliance, supports process improvements, and works with the Controller and Finance Department in a hybrid environment.
