The Director of Programs and Operations will oversee service delivery, develop new programs, manage budgets, and implement person-centered principles while being part of the leadership team.

Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service programs for ICF residents. Supervise direct care staff, ensure correct ISP implementation, coordinate medical/medication services and emergency response, maintain regulatory-compliant records, liaise with regional centers and families, and support hiring and training of staff.

The HR Generalist will manage employee benefits, ACA compliance, employee relations, and HR reporting while collaborating with the HR team.
