Coordinates interviews, candidate communication, recruitment tracking, ATS updates, recruiter follow-up, and handoffs to HR for background checks. Assists with resume review, phone screening, and candidate follow-up while supporting hiring goals across multiple positions. Requires strong organization, multitasking, professionalism, and familiarity with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google platforms. This is a temporary, full-time, in-person role in San Rafael, California.

Coordinates intake, interviews, assessments, documentation, databases, Individual Service Plan records, quality assurance activities, training records, audits, meetings, communications, and office support. The role supports program leadership and the Marin Supported Living Services team while ensuring records are complete and timely. It requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, independent work, Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency, local travel, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Manage day-to-day North Bay office operations, including administrative support, vendors, supplies, equipment, maintenance, records, meetings, events, correspondence, and technology coordination. Serve as a welcoming point of contact for staff, visitors, and departments; maintain organized common areas and documentation; support programs and communications; and open and secure the office daily.
