Provide strategic financial leadership and manage day-to-day financial operations including monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, compliance with GAAP and CMS, internal controls, payroll and 403(b) administration, audits, vendor and asset management, and lead and develop the finance and accounting team as a member of the senior leadership team.

Manage screening, triage, and active handling of organ donor referrals: evaluate acuity, review EMRs, document in iTransplant, coordinate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders, follow up on active referrals, and support process improvement and cross-collaboration to maximize donation outcomes.

The Organ Donation Coordinator evaluates organ donor referrals, supports organ recovery cases, communicates with families, and ensures compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include medical evaluations, conducting donor risk assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Serve as communications strategist and content developer for donor hospitals and transplant centers. Create and execute targeted communication and marketing plans, develop newsletters, email campaigns, web and digital content, translate clinical/regulatory information for varied audiences, manage content calendars, measure engagement, and support website and project management to strengthen partner relationships and mission-driven engagement.

The Organ Donation Coordinator evaluates donor referrals, conducts medical evaluations, supports organ recovery, and communicates with families and medical teams about organ donation processes.

The Organ Recovery Coordinator manages donor activities, evaluates potential donors, coordinates with hospitals and families, and maintains communication with transplant centers. Requires on-call work and travel.

Support and maintain the Quality Management System by coordinating document control, performing routine audits, investigating non-conformances, supporting CAPA verification, maintaining quality records and databases, preparing audit reports, and assisting with regulatory compliance and audit activities.

Manage and administer the LMS (LifeLearn), maintain training records and compliance, schedule and coordinate instructor-led and e-learning courses, support onboarding and tuition programs, act as L&D frontline contact, provide LMS and administrative support, and collaborate with QA/Regulatory for audit readiness.

Support internal and external communications by maintaining the intranet and SharePoint, producing newsletters, writing and editing stories, managing social media and website content, creating graphics and multimedia (photo/video), and assisting campaign and digital strategy efforts to raise awareness of organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Coordinate identification, evaluation, management, and recovery of organ donors. Work a 24-hour on-call schedule, provide rapid on-site response across a multi-state service area, manage donor hemodynamics, coordinate with hospitals, transplant centers, families, and staff, and support donor families throughout the donation process.

Coordinate and manage organ donor cases including on-call response, rapid on-site evaluation, donor hemodynamic management, ICU-to-OR coordination, family support, and transplant center communication. Travel across a multi-state service area and work a 24-hour on-call schedule.

Coordinate organ allocation, scheduling, transport, and recovery logistics to maximize organ viability and utilization. Review donor clinical data, advise transplant programs, arrange perfusion support, ensure OPTN policy compliance, document cases, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve transplant outcomes.
