Coordinate organ allocation, scheduling, transport, and recovery logistics to maximize organ viability and utilization. Review donor clinical data, advise transplant programs, arrange perfusion support, ensure OPTN policy compliance, document cases, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve transplant outcomes.

Manage and implement customized organ and tissue donation programs across assigned hospitals. Serve as main hospital contact, lead process improvement and training, support case activity, build relationships with clinical and community partners, assist with compliance and contracts, and drive retention/acquisition and marketing initiatives. Regular regional travel and onsite presence required.

Manage screening, triage, and active handling of organ donor referrals: evaluate acuity, review EMRs, document in iTransplant, coordinate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders, follow up on active referrals, and support process improvement and cross-collaboration to maximize donation outcomes.
