Leads strategic growth and profitable operations for commercial foodservice and professional channel sales. Oversees key accounts, distributor and buying-group partnerships, sales representatives, budgets, margins, and performance targets. Develops internal sales teams, represents the division at industry events, collaborates on product strategy, and communicates vision and results to senior leadership. Frequent travel is required.

Coordinates packaging, product design, e-commerce, photo shoot, and creative production workflows. Reviews and assigns project requests, tracks more than 100 projects weekly, prepares reports, coordinates vendors and brand approvals, uploads finalized files via FTP, and administers project and digital asset management systems. The role also trains and supports staff, liaises with overseas partners, and helps manage timelines across Creative Services and Industrial Design teams.

Develops high-fidelity product concepts, packaging strategies, brand stories, trend narratives, and retailer-ready visual presentations for consumer product portfolios. Translates licensed brand assets and style guides into cohesive product assortments, creates 2D and 3D visualizations, and uses AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation. Collaborates with Licensing, Sales, and Category Management teams to create commercially viable concepts across housewares, tabletop, hydration, home decor, and seasonal gifting categories.
