The Role
Own lifecycle marketing strategy across seven direct-to-consumer brands, including email, SMS, loyalty, referral, and review programs. Manage Klaviyo architecture, segmentation, automation, testing, deliverability, and Yotpo configuration. Coordinate execution across distributed brand teams, build scalable playbooks, and provide executive reporting on retention, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and program revenue.
Summary Generated by Built In

Lifetime Brands is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing strategy across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, including PlanetBox, S'well, Year & Day, Mikasa, Pfaltzgraff, Fitz & Floyd, Fred & Friends, and others. This role sets the roadmap for email, SMS, loyalty, referral, and reviews across our DTC brand portfolio, owns the underlying platform architecture in Klaviyo and Yotpo, and builds the reporting that tells leadership the story of how lifecycle is performing.

This role will be the strategic and technical anchor our brand teams work through, setting priorities, building the systems and playbooks, and driving alignment across seven brands. The ideal candidate is a strong strategist and hands-on platform owner who is equally comfortable configuring a Klaviyo flow themselves and getting a brand marketer who doesn't report to them to execute against a shared roadmap on deadline.

What you'll do:

Lifecycle Strategy & Cross-Brand Coordination (35%)

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across all DTC brands, tailoring journeys to each brand's customer base, tone, and product cadence
  • Build and maintain a shared lifecycle playbook and testing framework that scales across the portfolio without flattening brand distinctiveness
  • Set priorities and drive execution through each brand's digital marketing team, who owns day-to-day campaign execution; align teams with competing launch calendars and business priorities.
  • Serve as the go-to resource on lifecycle strategy and platform capability for brand teams

Klaviyo Platform Ownership (25%)

  • Own platform architecture, segmentation strategy, and automation design in Klaviyo across all brands
  • Build and refine automated programs including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, and sunset flows, in partnership with brand marketers on execution
  • Set and govern A/B testing standards and deliverability practices across seven brand sending domains
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues brand marketers can't solve on their own

Yotpo: Loyalty, Referral & Reviews (20%)

  • Own configuration, feature rollouts, and ongoing optimization of Yotpo Loyalty, Referral, and Reviews across the brand portfolio
  • Design and iterate on loyalty program mechanics and referral incentive structures per brand
  • Manage the review generation strategy and integrate review content into lifecycle and onsite experiences
  • Stay current on Yotpo's feature roadmap and evaluate new capabilities for adoption

Reporting & Executive Communication (20%)

  • Build recurring reporting that clearly tells the story of lifecycle performance across the portfolio: retention, repeat purchase rate, CLTV, and program-level revenue contribution, by brand and in aggregate
  • Translate performance data into a clear narrative and prioritized recommendations for the SVP of Digital
  • Track and report on Yotpo program health: loyalty enrollment, referral conversion, and review volume and sentiment

What you'll need:

  • 6 to 9 years of hands-on lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience, ideally with multi-brand or multi-portfolio ownership
  • Deep, hands-on Klaviyo expertise: flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability management at the platform-architecture level, not just campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with Yotpo (or a comparable loyalty/referral/reviews platform), including configuration and feature adoption
  • Proven ability to drive execution cross functionally, across multiple distributed brand teams with competing priorities
  • Strong project management instincts: you keep seven brands' worth of moving pieces organized without anything slipping
  • Proven ability to build reporting that a senior leader can act on without follow-up questions
  • Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or consumer products preferred
