Leads daily production operations in an FDA-regulated, ISO 13485-certified cleanroom. Responsibilities include production scheduling, capacity planning, KPI management, Lean continuous improvement, quality and regulatory compliance, staffing, employee development, safety, corrective actions, and customer communication. The manager oversees group leaders and production employees while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Program Management to meet delivery, quality, and financial targets.

Performs accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice verification, payment processing, customer billing, collections follow-up, account reconciliation, record-keeping, month-end close support, audit documentation, and discrepancy resolution. The role also supports internal controls, cross-functional finance inquiries, data entry, and accounting projects while learning ERP, AI, and automation tools.

Staff Accountant responsible for month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, tax filings, audit support, and AP/AR oversight. The role partners with business leaders and executives on financial analysis while improving accounting processes through AI and automation. This is an on-site position in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
