Manage Microsoft cloud and server environments, vendors, budgets, disaster recovery, cybersecurity frameworks, audit readiness, and Deacom ERP support. Supervise an internal L1 specialist and coordinate an external L3 engineering MSP while handling L2 escalations. The role also drives AI governance, automation, process improvement, and reliable technology operations in an FDA- and ISO-regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Leads daily production operations in an FDA-regulated, ISO 13485-certified cleanroom. Responsibilities include production scheduling, capacity planning, KPI management, Lean continuous improvement, quality and regulatory compliance, staffing, employee development, safety, corrective actions, and customer communication. The manager oversees group leaders and production employees while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Program Management to meet delivery, quality, and financial targets.

Performs accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice verification, payment processing, customer billing, collections follow-up, account reconciliation, record-keeping, month-end close support, audit documentation, and discrepancy resolution. The role also supports internal controls, cross-functional finance inquiries, data entry, and accounting projects while learning ERP, AI, and automation tools.
