Leads quality assurance for a dietary supplement manufacturing operation. Owns the Quality Management System, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, audits, batch records, complaints, recalls, training, and continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and third-party certifications. Uses quality metrics and risk-based tools to improve processes, while hiring, coaching, and developing the QA Operations team.

Lead end-to-end supply chain including strategic sourcing, procurement, supply planning, and customer operations. Drive supplier selection, MRP governance, production planning, order fulfillment, KPI improvement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment while coaching a high-performing team in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
