Provides direct respiratory therapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation care to patients from neonates through geriatrics. Responsibilities include managing oxygen needs, performing EKGs and stress tests, conducting pulmonary assessments, and following clinical, regulatory, accreditation, and departmental standards. Requires a Georgia respiratory therapy license, BLS certification, and additional life-support certifications within 90 days of employment.

Provides nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric residents receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services. Uses the nursing process to assess, prioritize, plan, deliver, and evaluate care. Supervises professional and skilled personnel during assigned shifts and escalates unusual clinical or administrative issues to the Director of Nursing.

Provides direct patient care through safe and efficient CT and radiology imaging for patients across all age groups. Operates imaging equipment, follows accreditation and regulatory standards, maintains professional policies, and supervises professional or skilled personnel. Requires radiologic technology education, ARRT registration, current BLS certification, and CT clinical competency.

Supports business office operations in a long-term care facility, including Medicaid eligibility and applications, accounts receivable, billing, financial documentation, regulatory compliance, resident and family financial counseling, recordkeeping, and front-office reception.

Performs clinical laboratory testing on patient specimens for disease diagnosis and treatment. Conducts quality assurance, maintains laboratory instruments, follows accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, and provides safe laboratory services across all patient age groups. Escalates unusual clinical or administrative issues to the laboratory supervisor.

Screens uninsured, self-pay, underinsured, and financially vulnerable patients for Medicaid, financial assistance, medication assistance, SNAP, and community support programs. Assists with applications, recertifications, documentation, and referrals while coordinating with patient access, care coordination, financial counseling, and scheduling teams to reduce financial barriers and improve payer conversion and continuity of care.

Supervises daily laboratory operations, ensures compliance with accreditation standards and regulations, analyzes specimens, and supports diagnosis and treatment. Oversees laboratory services for patients across all age groups, communicates with medical staff and external agencies, maintains confidentiality, and manages up to 30 professional and skilled employees. Requires medical technology licensure, clinical competence, management experience, and computer proficiency.

The role also requires chart auditing, interpretation of medical-necessity regulations and accreditation standards, nursing skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Provides direct patient care for radiology services and general medical care in a clinic setting. Performs imaging for pediatric through geriatric patients, operates radiology equipment and PACS, and applies medical assisting competencies. Requires radiologic technologist education, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists status, and current BLS certification.
