Provide legal support for Liberty Mutual's Global Surety business, advising on contract issues, regulatory compliance, and managing legal risks while ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Manage a portfolio of surety claims across Canada, the US and other jurisdictions: investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve complex bond claims; set reserves; lead recovery and subrogation efforts; manage external counsel and consultants; draft and review legal documents; ensure compliance with claims procedures and applicable laws; advise leadership and represent the company in industry matters.

The Underwriting Governance Specialist manages underwriting quality assurance, ensures compliance with regulations, tracks actions, and maintains governance documentation, while fostering stakeholder relationships.

The Lead Accountant will manage month-end book close processes, oversee account reconciliations, and ensure compliance while improving controls and efficiencies.
